DESCRIPTION

L'appartement APART SABINE HAWAII-33 est un appartement 2 chambres, Nerja, terrasse plein sud, piscine au pied ( ouverte en saison) de la résidence à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage Burriana.

>  Situé au 3ème et dernier étage ( avec ascenseur) d’un immeuble donnant vue sur la mer méditerranée (situé sur le chemin de descente à la plage de Burriana, +/- 450 m., à 5 minutes à pied) plein sud et soleil toute la journée.

> La terrasse fait toute la largeur de l’appartement et est plein sud, vue dégagée sur la mer méditerranée et toile de tente pour les heures chaudes. Table et chaises pour déjeuner al fresco.

> Le salon se compose d'un meuble buffet avec TV plate 32" par satellite,TV française la 1,2,3,4,5,  espagnole, anglais ou allemand, canapé, petite table, 2 fauteuils et lampadaire.

> La partie salle à manger avec  table carrée convertible et 4 chaises donnant vue sur mer, air conditionné en été ou chauffage pompe à chaleur pour certaines soirées d'hiver.

> Cuisine complètement équipée frigo et compartiment congélateur, four à micro-ondes, four conventionnel, vitrocéramique, lave-vaisselle, machine à café, bouilloire électrique, grille-pain.

> Les 2 chambres se trouvent à l’arrière du bâtiment donc pas de bruit. Une des 2 chambres, lit double de 150cm et l'autre 2 lits jumeaux, les 2 ont armoires encastrées avec pleins de cintres, table de nuits et ventilateur plafonnier. Aspirateur, parasol.

> Salle  de douche avec machine à laver, armoire, sèche-cheveux mis à votre disposition et  WC séparé.

>   Petite rue en cul-de-sac très tranquille et terrasse sans vis-à-vis avec jolie vue sur la mer. Il y a un parking partagé en bas à côté de la résidence qui ne sert que pour nous (la rue est en cul de sac et le parking ne sert que pour les appartements) et une piscine au pied de la résidence avec solarium .(ouverte du 1er juin au 31 octobre).

> Plusieurs supermarchés dans le village typiquement espagnol (30.000 hab.) Pharmacie et clinique d’urgence à moins de 200 mètres, centre culturel, théâtre, concerts etc…. Près du centre sportif avec piscine climatisé.

> Situé à Nerja dont les grottes sont célèbres surtout pour ses concerts et à 55 km de l’aéroport (45 min. par autoroute).

APART SABINE HAWAII-33,

this quiet and airy apartment, situated on the third and last floor of a small 3 floor in Hawaii building very quiet, within a few minutes walking distance to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, sport activities, etc...) and beach, with spacious south facing terrace and situated in Nerja, Burriana beach area. Ideal for those wanting peace and tranquillity.

Consisting of 2 bedrooms (4 sleeps) with a shower room, separate WC, living room, kitchen, dining area with large sunny terrace overlooking garden, swimming pool (open May first to end of October ) and with a nice sea view. Enjoy excellent views from the balcony.

 This comfortable and quiet apartment (65m2), is located south facing, which means it benefits all day sun. The dining area has a table with sea view with comfortable seating and the living room features seats, sofa, armchair, coffee table with carpet ( in season), dresser and flat 32" television with a satellite receiver with Spanish, no English ( since the new change of Satellite there is not English channels anymore), German or French TV and air conditioning/heating. You can make comfortably from the inside of the apartment videoconference or call for free with your computer to your family by Skype.

 The terrace makes all length of the apartment and there is a table and chairs for dining 'al fresco'.

 The kitchen is equipped with vitroceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board and all the cookware and utensils you'll need to prepare meals.

 The bedrooms are: one a double bed king size 150cm, 2 bedside tables and built-in wardrobe with plenty of hangers. And a second bedroom with 2 singles beds, built-in wardrobe and a bedside table. Both supplied with pillows, cushions, duvets and blankets depending the season. The sheets, towels, dish cloths are provided, but the beach towels and tea towels are not. The shower room has a walk-in shower, hand-basin, washing machine and commode, hair dryer provided. The toilette is separate.

It is  an ideal location for day trips to these famous Andalusian cities  people dream about, Seville, Cordoba, Granada, Marbella, Ronda, Gibraltar, Tarifa

You can reach the international airport of Malaga and direct drive to the apartment by renting a car for your excursions in the region (I can enclose cheapest companies on the market), or you can take the buses - economic - that will bring you close to the apartment or letting you lead the way to the door by a taxi  who will be waiting for you in the airport.

The local market for bargain hunting is on Tuesday.

Stock und letzten Stock mit Aufzug, 2 Zimmer an der Rückseite des Gebäudes, damit kein Lärm, keine vis- Schraube, Waschmaschine, Duschbad mit separatem WC, Sofa, Sofa-Bett, ASTRA TV Satellit, Herd Keramik.
Die Wohnung "HAWAII 33" bestehen aus 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 mit Doppelbett 150cm, 1 mit 2 Einzelbett, Duschbad mit Waschmaschine, Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer durch 1 großes Tür-Fenster, und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw. ....
Es gibt einen Parkplatz und einen gemeinsamen Pool mit Garten. Die Terrasse ist über die gesamte Breite der Wohnung und Süden so den ganzen Tag Sonne, und Sie haben einen Garten / Solarium am Pool zum Sonnenbanden. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse und Meerblick.

Mehrere Supermärkte in der typischen spanischen Dorf (20.000 Einw.). Klinische Pharmazie und Notfall innerhalb von 200 Metern.

Die Wohnung im dritten Stock. Ds gibt einen Aufzug.

 descripción del apartamento completamente reformado en marzo 2010, con vista despejada al mar (situado al lado de la bajada a la playa Burriana, + / - 500m, 5 minutos andando).

El apartamento APART SABINE HAWAII-33,   está situado con orientación sur, con terraza pleno sur, sol todo el día, con vista despejada a la bajada de la playa Burriana y el mar, con una estancia salón-comedor y cocina, con 2 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio de 150cm y otro con 2 camas individuales tipo nido, situados en la parte trasera del edificio, con lo cual hay poco ruido, un cuarto de baño con ducha, lavadora y un inodoro separado del baño.

Comedor al lado de la cocina o puede almorzar o cenar en la terraza al aire libre al sol. El salón está compuesto por un mueble de salón con 2 sillones y sofá 2 plazas, TV de satélite con canales franceses, ingleses, alemanes, TDT.

La cocina equipada se compone de vitrocerámica, extractor de humos, lavavajillas, microondas, horno convencional, cafetera y hervidor de agua eléctrico, tostadora, plancha y tabla para planchar y accesorios necesarios para cocinar.

La terraza se compone de mesa de comedor con 4 sillas y una tumbona para tomar el sol.

Wifi gratuito. Haga videoconferencias o llamadas telefónicas con su ordenador a su familia gratuito con Skype.
Acceso a la terraza que hace toda la longitud del apartamento con 2 puertas ventanales que se abren totalmente.
Esta en la tercera y ultima planta del edificio (con ascensor) y vista sobre la piscina (abierta del 1 de junio hasta el 30 de octubre) justo abajo.

Alrededor a menos de 5 minutos a pie, hay 2 supermercados, 2 pequeñas tiendas de alimentación, gimnasio, panadería, cafeterías, centro de salud, bancos, etc..
La playa Burriana está a 4 minutos a pie, y hay un montón de restaurantes y chiringuitos.
Es un sitio perfecto para excursiones de un día à : Granada, Córdoba, Sevilla, Málaga, Ronda, etc.. Buena comunicación de autobuses para los pueblos de alrededor y ciudades.
